Zander had first struck out from the band in 1989 with the single 'Surrender To Me', a duet with HEART's Ann Wilson. For the 1993 Jimmy Iovine produced album CHEAP TRICK colleague Rick Nielsen gains a co-writing credit on the song 'Secret' whilst Tom Petterson performs bass on 'Emily', co-wrote by EURYTHMICS guitarist Dave Stewart. One of the main AOR songwriters of the late 80's and early 90's, Mark Spiro helped Zander to pen 'Walkin' Shoes'. There are two covers on the album - 'I Believe In You' by Neil Young and 'Jump Into The Fire' by Harry Nilsson. Contributing musicians include guitarist Tim Pierce (SHANDI, SAHARA SNOW, STEVE THOMSON BAND), keyboard player Kim Bullard (CHOPPER, MAGDALEN) and former DAVID LEE ROTH BAND drummer Gregg Bissonette.
