Shipping Methods & Cost: We ship within 3-14** business days by three basic methods: AIR SMALL PACKET (unregistered, uninsured, delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks)* - starts from €5 and depends on order weight and destination REGISTERED AIR (registered, ninsured, delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks) - starts from €9 and depends on order weight and destination EXPRESS MAIL EMS (registered, insured, online tracking for major destinations, 3-5 days) - starts from €15 and depends on order weight and destination * - by choosing this method you agree to take the risk of item's loss or damage in mails. ** - please take note that if you preorder any new releases, your order will be shipped after the latest release date (stated in the item's description). Also, some indie releases may require backordering (up to two weeks).  All CDs are placed into plastic sleeves and sent in jewel cases which are guaranteed to be in excellent condition and free of any defects when shipped. All CDs are sent properly packed to avoid occasional damage during shipment. Grading: SS (New/sealed): Never opened; M (Mint): Has been opened, but is still flawless with no damage whatsoever. No visible marks or scratches. Note: Some European, indie CDs or special releases may come without shrink wrapping even new/unplayed.  M- or NM (Near Mint): Almost flawless with no damage whatsoever. There may be a couple of insignificant marks on CD surface.  Inserts may show very slight traces of usage. No serious defects, and still great condition in general.   EX (Excellent): May have some light marks and signs of some wear but will still play perfectly throughout; VG+ (Very Good Plus): Visible scratches but plays perfectly all the way through. Minor defects of the inserts. In a grading code, condition of CD is stated first, then - condition of inserts. For example, Ex/M means that the disc is in excellent condition and inserts are in mint. Please take note that we do not grade obi strips, just media and inserts. But we do our best to provide obi strips in great condition.  Those customers who need obi strips to be in like-new condition only, are advised to ask about obi condition in advance. Please use "contact us" form on the left bar. We do not sell items in VG or poor condition. All CDs are guaranteed to play perfectly all way through. Return Policy: All sales are final and no returns are accepted except for the following cases: 1. Item received is wrong (different title or condition not as described) - full refund including postage paid; 2. Item was sent insured/registered but arrived damaged - full refund excluding postage paid. Claim shall be passed by the buyer to the end post office and to the sender - once confirmed by the end post office. A copy of claim receipt shall be provided. No refund for items sent uninsured/unregistered.
